 Do you offer free shipping?

  • We offer free shipping on domestic orders over $50 and international orders over $100.

How soon will I get my order?

  • Your order will be handled and shipped within 1-3 days of your purchase, except weekends and US holidays. A tracking number will be provided when your order has been shipped. Please allow up to 24 hours for the tracking number to be updated.
  • Domestic orders will be delivered in 3-7 business days after order dispatch. If you choose domestic expedited shipping, your order will be delivered in 2-3 business days after order dispatch.
  • International orders will take 9-14 business days to arrive, depending on the country.  

What should I do if I gave the incorrect shipping address?

  • Please make sure you enter the correct shipping address as we are not responsible for the lost package due to the wrong shipping address.  Please email us at immediately if you enter information incorrectly, we will update your order if it has not been shipped yet. 

How do I return?

  • Visit our returns center
  • For international returns, please do not use the link above. The customers need to generate and ship the products themselves to our warehouse. To start an international return, please email
  • Enter your order number and email address to start
  • Follow the instructions and select the items you want to return
  • Once your request is approved, you will get a pre-paid return label with shipping guidelines

What items are returnable? 

  • Request and ship the products back within 30 days of order date
  • Purchase from 12/29/2023 - 1/1/2024 FLash Sale is final sale and not returnable
  • Please note if you ship the return back after 30 days, your return will be rejected and shipped back to you
  • Items purchased from Sale section are not returnable
  • In unused and resalable condition
  • In the original packaging with all the tags intact

Are there any charges for return? 

  • Return is free for all U.S. orders
  • International return is not free. Customers need to generate and ship the products themselves to our warehouse. To start an international return, please email

How soon will I get my refund?

  • Once your returned item is received and inspected, you will be notified via an email. You will also be informed about the approval or rejection of your refund request.
  • If approved, the refund request will be processed within 10 working days after approval.
